Michelle and her team were an extraordinary support during one of the most painful moments of our lives, when we lost our little boy. Michelle’s gentle words, her unwavering willingness to listen, and the beautiful care package and pampering she arranged helped me feel truly seen, heard, and cared for in a time when everything felt overwhelming.
